General Procurement Process
1) Customer sends out request for quantity requested of Disposable
Medical Masks(DMM) and can ask for samples of Max 20 pces by
supplying its UPS or Fedex Courier Account No. on freight collect
basis. As Real-Tone is collecting DMM from different factories in
China, the sample may not be as same as the goods delivered and
Real-Tone is sure of good quality.
2) Real-Tone would advise lead time for the order.
3) Upon Customer's order confirmation, Real-Tone or its mother co.
would issue invoice to the customer for payment and payment should
be arranged within 2 working days, otherwise, the lead time may
change in a short tem.
4) Upon payment, the customer can advise us how to label each sales
package, as the package label is in Chinese. We can label the
package upon customer's design and request.
5) Upon receipt of payment, Real-Tone would try its best to supply
good quantity of DMM as per lead time with no commitment
6) Real-Tone can take advantages of Realogistics' freight
forwardingcapability and quote airfreight and seafreight rate from
Hong Kong to the destination port upon request.
